The hotel itself the aesthetic, the events that they have daily. It smelled so good in the hallways when I walked to my room! The room was exactly as it looks online, it was very clean and spacious! The front desk people, the housekeeping staff! OMG! Everyone was always so nice and welcoming and smiling always making sure i'm okay! The checkout was smooth and I met the General Manager Penny Hunt I had a private emotional situation happen the night before I checked out and advised her the person took the room key cards with them. She was sooo empathetic with me I was emotional and she listened to me and I also was able to tell her how much I loved my stay there and would like to sign up to get member rewards. (I originally booked through booking.com) she set it up for me. I told her I work remotely and would love to come back and stay a week and work from the hotel. Thats how much she made me feel welcomed and her guests are family to her! I have never met any manager like this she is a true angel and star and asset to this company! Thank you so much Penny! I have never experienced a hotel like this and I will only be staying there when I visit VA again!

I love Aloft hotels.. but I paid for breakfast for both days and both days I went for coffee and it was already gone… same for the food. So o didn’t have breakfast either day. Also the conditioner bottle was missing from the bathroom. So I had none when washing my hair!

The woman at the front desk was so kind to us and so friendly! Her name was Angie. She was there when we checked in late at night- and welcomed us warmly and gave us information about the hotel. She was there again the next night we stayed and ask us how our evening was! She was amazing! I will not forget this woman! She definitely should be recognized for her outstanding customer service! I wish everyone in the hotel business was this welcoming and kind!

First the lobby was super family styled. The room was very clean and roomy. The staff was constantly cleaning. Overall this was an amazing hotel that did not feel like a hotel. Wish I had stayed longer. They made one small mistake at checkout but fixed it immediately. No hassle. As a result I will book Aloft on my next trip.

The room and bed were so comfortable, and the whole hotel smelled like a dream. We didn't get a chance to use the pool, gym or pool table but we love that they were available! Nice selection of snacks and light fare, nice bar and seating area in the lobby. Very close by were lots of shopping and restaurants. Hotel was perfect for our overnight, thank you!

The bathroom setup is nice and the bed was comfortable. Staff was exceptional including the hard workers of housekeeping. Everyone was friendly and attentive to my needs.

It was a nice place. loved the bar and not to many guest were here. checkin was easy and quick and parking is free.

The room was pristine. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and overall the room was large than k expected. was pleasantly surprised to get complimentary coffee in the am. also, the staff provided great customer service.
